Meditation and Mindfulness

I have been teaching mindfulness meditation for a number of years now. There are a number of courses available including the foundational 8 week course in Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation. In this courses we explore the benefits of meditation for healing and wellbeing, the causes of excessive thinking, the stress response and the relaxation response and their impact on health and healing, as well as the 4 foundations of Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation – preparation, relaxation, mindfulness and stillness including applications in daily life.

All the courses are designed for all levels of experience from total beginners to experienced meditators. Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM) is an approach to meditation developed by meditation teachers Ian Gawler and Paul Bedson.
